Glide on 27 km. of x-country ski trails groomed daily for classic/ skate styles Stomp along 10 km. of dedicated snowshoe trails, one of which crosses the 420 ft. This course is for those who want an in-depth understanding of first aid such as; medical/legal aspects, spinal injuries, heat or cold injuries, bone and joint injuries, abdominal and chest injuries, burns, and medical emergencies.
